To ensure the provision of quality service to all our customers and to ensure that the behaviour of some does not disadvantage the majority of our customers, you agree to our current fair use limit of 999 books. If you do need more books please contact us and we will be able to help. We reserve the right to change the maximum quantity of books at any time to ensure we continue to provide a quality and consistent service to all our customers.

We take your privacy and the protection of your data very seriously. We may gather and/or use certain information about you in accordance with our privacy policy. Please see our separate privacy policy for more information.

10. Refunds

Since we have a free package that allows you to trial the system before purchase we do not usually give refunds. However, we are very fair so we can make exceptions depending on the reason. Please contact us and we will do our best to help.

These Terms of Use are the entire agreement between us and you, and supersede any and all prior terms, conditions, warranties or representations to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Applicable law

This Agreement shall be governed by the law of England and courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to these Terms of Use.
